What are the opening hours of the reception desk?
May, June, September : 8.15⇒12.30 am and 2.30⇒8.00 pm
July, August : 8.00 am⇒12.30 pm and 1.30⇒8.30 pm
When can we arrive and do we have to leave?
Pitch : Arrival after 13.30 pm. Departure before 12.00 am.
Rentals May, June, September : Arrival after 3.00 pm. Departure before 11.00 am.
Rentals July, August : Arrival after 3.00 pm. Departure before 10.00 am.
Do we need to bring an extension cable?
If you need electricity on your pitch, it will be usefull to take an extension cable (20 meters)
Where can you recharge our electric car?
There are 2 pitches in the village 3 km away.
It is forbidden to connect directly to the electric terminals of the campsite or in the rental locations.
A special terminal will be set up soon on the campsite.
Do you have wifi on the campsite ?
Free wifi at the reception area.
Is it possible to rent a fridge?
Yes, but you need to reserve: €5 per day, for 3 days minimum.
Only possible for « confort » pitches. Don’t forget to take an extension cable.
Do you sell ice bottles
Yes, €1,50 per bottle.
Can we freeze our ice pack?
No.
What is the distance to the nearest village?
3 kms.
How can we get there?
You can go St Pierre de Chartreuse by foot : first you take the walking path GR, and then small walking paths which cross the road several times (30 min by foot).
Ampère on the pitches
6 ampère = 1320 watts (package « confort »)
10 ampère = 2200 Watts (package « confort+ »)
Can we take our pets to the campsite ?
Pets are welcome if kept on a lead and correctly vaccinated.
Are they allowed in the rental accommodations?
No, no pets allowed in the rental accommodations.
Is it possible to barbecue on the campsite?
Yes, we can lend you a barbecue, but we won’t be able to satisfy everyone…
Can we rent sheets, covers, baby material?
It is possible to rent sheets (€10/bed), and we can lend you some blankets (if available). We don’t rent or lend any baby material.
Can we eat on the spot?
Yes, every evening between end of June and end of August, you can eat in our bar-restaurant « l’Atelier ».
Where can we do our grocery shopping ?
On the spot, in our small grocery store,
At 3 kms, « Spar » (in St Pierre de Chartreuse),
At 10 kms, « Intermarché » (in St Laurent du Pont).
Where is the nearest fuel station ?
At 10 kms, « Intermarché » (in St Laurent du Pont).
Is the campsite accessible for disabled persons?
Not completely, but we are working on it! Reception, restaurant and one washing cabine with shower and toilets (opened in high season) are accessible for disabled persons.
Where are the local markets?
In St Pierre de Chartreuse on Sunday morning,
In St Laurent du Pont on Thursday morning,
In St Pierre d’Entremont on Wednesday morning (Savoie) and Saturday morning (Isère),
Do you accept boxer shorts in your swimmingpool?
No, we accept only swimmping pants.
Do you have a television room ?
No (and neither in the rental accommodations).
No need to watch television on our campsite, there are enough interesting things to do… 🙂
