BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPES
The campsite is situated in the heart of the Chartreuse mountain massif. Everywhere you look, you have a stunning view on the beautiful summits. The limestone mountains have been sculpted by the water which have created an unique and characteristic landscape. Climb to the tops, and discover the forests, the alpine pastures, the rocky summits… Preserved nature is everywhere and the views are fabulous. Our campsite is the access door to a discovery of this new area…
CONNECTED WITH NATURE
Holiday is the perfect moment to change one’s way of life and to break with daily routine. Our campsite offers you everything you wish: an outside life, a contact with the elements, naps in the grass, picnics in the forests. Observe nature, hear it, feel it… Resource yourself! We are willing to offer you all the necessary comfort for a pleasant and relaxing stay and resourcing souvenirs.

You are dreaming of genuine discoveries, we can guide you in your discovery of the richness and splendour of our area: walks, visits, gastronomy,… Curiosity isn’t an imperfection, the love of good food neither! Our campsite is the place to be to make new friends and exchange ideas.
Our imprint
Our pitches has been installed on the meadows of an old Carthusian farm. During the years we have cultivated the soil and planted trees, bushes, hedges and flowers, which separate our large pitches but also lodge birds, bees and butterflies.
The comfortable toilet blocks give a second life to the old farm. The bar-restaurant has a cosy “mountain” atmosphere thanks to the wooden interior, the old articles and the card with local dishes.
We love wood. We make wooden sculptures and we have built the wooden chalets. Our campsite reflects our genuine and simple way of life. It is a place where families will be welcomed by a family…
New in "L'Atelier"
The new covered terrace, nearby the old water-basin made of stone, is the place to be for a nice glass of Cellier des Chartreux rosé wine or a refreshing local beer with pine-tree flavor after a day in the mountains. A “bistrot” board (with hard sausage and cheese from the Chartreuse) will complete your drink!
Huts
Our two huts, Herbe folle and Champs Libre nestle in the meadow in front of Chamechaude (2082 m). Two doors give access to a large covered terrace where you can take your breakfast or supper with a fabulous view on the mountains. No neighbours in front of you, and a comfortable accommodation for a relaxed holiday, close to nature.
Trampoline for the small ones
From now the campsite will dispose of a trampoline for small children. Nearby the campsite (800 m) you can make a ride in the bike park, with pump track and ramps. It’s a nice spot for the whole family, and accessible for steps, skateboards, rollerblades and bikes.
