Some answers to your questions…

• What are the opening hours of the reception?
  May, June, September : 8h15⇒12h30 am and 2h30⇒8h pm.
  July, August : 8h⇒12h30 am and 1h30⇒8h30 pm
• What are the arrival and departure hours?
  Pitches: Arrivals after 1h30 pm. Departure before noon.
  Rentals May, June, September: Arrivals after 3h pm. Departure before 11h am.
  Rentals July, August: Arrivals after 3h pm. Departure before 10h am.
• Is it necessary to take an extension cord?
  Yes, if you need electricity, foresee a 20 meters’ extension cord, because we won’t be able to help out everybody…
• Where can I charge my electric car?
  In the village you will find 2 chargers (3 kms).
  A special charger, with a limited power output (3kwh), is available on the campsite for charging during the night. (reservation on the spot)
  It is strictly forbidden to use the electric hook-ups of the pitches or the rental’s plug sockets for charging your car.
• Do you offer free wifi? 
  Yes, you can use free wifi (no access code needed) nearby the reception
• Is it possible to rent a fridge?
  Yes, but you need to make a reservation: 5€ per day for minimum 3 days. You need to take a confort pitch and foresee an extension cord (the fridge shall be put under your awning)
• Is it possible to buy iced bottles?
  Yes: 1,50 € per bottle.
  And freeze ice packs?
  No, this isn’t possible.
  
• Where is the nearest village?
  At 3 kms.
  Is it possible to go there afoot?
  Yes, you can follow the GR and footpaths which cross the main road (≈ 30 minutes walk).

• What is the amperage on the pitches? 
  6 ampere = 1320 watts (confort package)
  10 ampere = 2200 Watts (confort+ package)
• Dogs are allowed at the campsite?
  Yes, on a leash and vaccinated.
  And in the rentals?  
  No pets allowed.
• Is it possible to have a barbecue?
  Yes. We can lend you one, but we can’t satisfy everybody…
• Is it possible to rent sheets, blankets and baby material? 
  We can rent you bed sheeting (12€/bed) and loan you blankets, depending on our stock. We don’t rent any baby material.
• Can we eat on the spot?
  Yes, every evening, from the end of June until the end of August, in our bar-restaurant « l’Atelier ».(Reservation recommended)
• Where can we get groceries?
  On the spot, in our campsite shop,
  At 3 kms, “Spar” (in St Pierre de Chartreuse),
  At 10 kms, “Intermarché” (in St Laurent du Pont).
• The nearest fuel pomp?
  At 10 kms,  “Intermarché” (in St Laurent du Pont).
• Is the campsite accessible for disabled persons?
  Not entirely, but we are working on it! At the moment, the reception area, the restaurant and one sanitary cabin with shower and toilet (in July and August) are accessible.
• What day is market day?
  In St Pierre de Chartreuse, on Sunday morning,
  In St Laurent du Pont, on Thursday morning,
  In St Pierre d’Entremont, on Wednesday morning (Savoie) and Saturday morning (Isère),
• Are swim trunks allowed in the swimming pool?  No, only swimsuits are allowed.
• Does the campsite have a television room?
  No (nor the rentals).
  You can take advantage of your stay to discover other activities then television… 🙂
