GENERAL TENANCY AGREEMENT CAMPSITE PITCHES :

<>The balance of your stay needs to be paid on the day of your arrival.
<> No reduction in case of delayed arrival or anticipated departure.
<>Arrival and departure hour (for pitches): 12 a.m.
<>Your booking is confirmed after reception of your duly signed reservation agreement, a 30% deposit of the total booking amount and the booking fees (8 €).  We will send you a written booking confirmation.
<> It is very important to indicate the exact dates of your stay, so that we can update our planning.
<> We will charge you for the number of days as indicated in your reservation agreement.
<> Tourist taxes (0,25 €/person +18 years/day) aren’t included neither in the tariff nor in the booking fees.
<> The campsite will indicate you your pitch at your arrival.
<> All rental is nominative. It is strictly forbidden to dispose it of to others or re-rent it.
<> Without any message of the guest in case of delayed arrival, the campsite has the right to propose the pitch to other guests 24 hours after mentioned arrival day. Guests will be charged for the total booking amount.
<> No reduction in case of delayed arrival or anticipated departure, force majeure excepted. The booking fees of cancelled or abbreviated stays for bad weather conditions won’t be refunded 
<> No refund of the booking fees.
The deposit is deductible from the total amount due.
<> Cancellation in case of duly justified force majeure: 30 days before arrival, total refund of the deposit.
<> In case of cancellation of your stay by campsite DE MARTINIERE, the paid booking amount including booking fees will be refunded.
<>In accordance with the provisions of Article L 1612-1 of the French Consumer Code, any guest of the campsite has the right to turn free of charge to a CM2C consumer ombudsman, with the goal of an amicable resolution of a dispute between the guest and the owner of the campsite.- By using the online service on the website: www.cm2c.net– By email to: cm2c@cm2c.net– By mail to the following address: 49 rue de Ponthieu- 75008 Paris, France
<> The swimming pool is only accessible for guests wearing appropriate swimwear. Swimming shorts are strictly forbidden
<> The electricity package included in the confort pitches 6 or 10 ampere doesn’t include the charging of electric cars. Connecting an electric car to the electric hook-ups on the campsite is strictly forbidden.
<> Every guest needs to respect the campsite rules.

 

GENERAL TENANCY AGREEMENT FOR MOBILE HOME, HUT LODGE, CHALET AND TENT:

<>If you wish to book your stay, please sent us your reservation, a 30% deposit of the total booking amount, the booking fees (8 €) and, eventually, the costs of a cancellation insurance.
<> Your booking is confirmed after reception of your duly signed reservation agreement, a 30% deposit of the total booking amount, the booking fees and, eventually, the costs of a cancellation insurance.  
<>We will send you a written booking confirmation and the amount due needs to be paid 30 days before your arrival.
<> In case of booking less then 30 days before arrival, the total amount due needs to be paid immediately.
<> In case Campsite De Martinière didn’t receive the total amount due 30 days before your arrival, it has the right to cancel your booking.
<> In case of cancellation, no refund of booking and insurance fees. You will also be charged for the following breach of contract penalties
– booking and insurance fees,
– compensation for agreement breach:
– 30% of the total booking amount if you cancel more then 30 days before arrival.
-the total booking amount if you cancel less then 30 days before arrival, or in case of no-show.
<> We propose you a cancellation insurance. This insurance isn’t obligatory, but strongly recommended. This insurance will refund you the breach of agreement penalties in case of cancellation, according the agreement conditions.
<> In case of cancellation of your stay by campsite De Martinière, the paid booking amount including booking fees will be refunded.

<> No refund nor reduction in case of delayed arrival or anticipated departure.
<> Without any message of the guest in case of delayed arrival, campsite De Martinière has the right to propose the rental accommodation to other guests 24 hours after mentioned arrival day. The guest will be charged for the total booking amount.
<>Arrival hour: 3 p.m. (tents: 1 p.m.). Departure hour: 10 a.m. (tents: 12 a.m.).
<> The booking amount includes: rental accommodation for indicated number of persons, one vehicle, electricity, gas (tents excepted). Linens (sheets, (tea) towels,…) aren’t included.
<>Tourist taxes (0,25 €/person +18 years/day) aren’t included neither in the tariff nor in the booking fees.
<> Additional fees for extra persons, vehicles and installations.
<> Pets are not allowed.
<> Smoking is strictly forbidden in the rental accommodations.
<> You need to clean up the rental accommodation before your departure.
<> You need to pay two deposits at your arrival (tents excepted): a 160€ deposit for eventually damage, and a 70€ cleaning deposit. We will refund you the deposit at your departure, if we didn’t notice any damage and if the rental accommodation is cleaned up.
<> The booking amount doesn’t include the charging of electric cars. It is strictly forbidden to connect an electric car to the socket of the rental (mobile home, hut, chalet or tent).
<> Every guest needs to respect the campsite rules.
